20% is Current Season Overstock, 40% is End of Season, 55% is Show Samples & Display Models, 70% is Scratch & Dent, and 80% is Final Clearance & Liquidation.
Most outlet categories are brand-new furniture. Final Clearance & Liquidation can also include customer returns, so shoppers should inspect the exact piece before purchasing.
Yes. Furniture Factory Outlet states that merchandise is sold as-is with no warranty. The piece you inspect is the piece you take home.
New items arrive every week. Outlet inventory is limited, and once a piece is sold it may not be available again.
